till 2:00 P.M. The group usually consists of 5 women. They
take existing quilt tops and finish them by hand. The proceeds
from their work help fund various church projects.
There has been a quilting group at our church since the 1930's.
From 1983- 1998, the group quilted 210 quilt tops. The
pictures of the ladies and the quilts are from this time period.
They are always looking for additional people to help quilt.
They are also looking for more quilt tops to work on.
Remember, they only take quilt tops. They don't piece them
together.
